75 KENMARE, NOLITA, NEW YORK CITY

The Selects Gallery provided art for the model residence at 75 Kenmare, Kravitz Design’s development in Nolita. Spearheaded by Lenny Kravitz’s development firm, the project was designed by architect Andre Kikowski in collaboration with Ligne Roset’s interior design.
The photographs of the late Italian maestro Giovanni Gastel and the English photographer Patric Shaw complemented the edgy, polished space.
THE LEYTON, UPPER EAST SIDE, NEW YORK CITY
The Selects Gallery provided art for the model residence at the Leyton, a new development on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The 30-story building was designed by Manuel Glad Architects with interiors by Frampton Co. and Champalimaud Design.
The light-filled unit is complimented by large format photography by Richard Phibbs, Andre Carrara and Paul Bellaart. The elegant images’ lush colors and deep contrasts perfectly interplay with the building’s dramatic yet peaceful interior. The unit was staged by Ash staging.
ONE STEUART LANE, THE EMBARCADERO, SAN FRANCISCO
The Selects Gallery provided art for two model residences at One Steuart Lane, a waterfront development on the coveted Embarcadero. The building features architecture and residential interiors by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), shared public space interiors by Rottet Studio, and interior design by Liaigre.
90 MORTON, WEST VILLAGE, NEW YORK CITY
The Selects Gallery curated a permanent photography collection for the state-of-the-art fitness center and a temporary selection for the model residence. The selection symbolized the iconic industrial exterior and the refined, rooted vibe of the interior with fine art images by Sylvie Castioni and Richard Phibbs, which juxtapose structure and softness.
